"Food is good but the way it looks is not that great. Looks like someone sat on the sandwich all the time."

"It's a good Arbys you know what you're getting. I have always had good service with friendly people inside and in the drive through. It is also one of the only drive through places around that doesn't forget things in my experience."

"I usually don’t write reviews for fast food restaurants because they’re quite similar. It’s challenging to maintain a positive attitude in a retail setting when customers get upset about trivial matters. Unless the employee is exceptionally rude, I tend to sympathize with them. However, I wanted to express my appreciation for the friendly attitude of the staff at the drive-through around 5 p.m. Today, I only interacted with them for about 15 seconds, but they seemed genuinely happy and incredibly pleasant. From the woman who took my order to the gentleman who approached me after her, everyone I spoke to was exceptionally nice. Their friendly demeanor has left me so impressed that I haven’t even had a chance to eat yet. I felt compelled to write this to express my gratitude for their positive attitude and to thank them for being such wonderful people."

"We go to this Arby’s over a closer one located on Air Depot in Midwest City because the Manager, whose name on my receipt shows his name as Benjamin, is the nicest and most helpful and friendly employee of any Arby’s that we go to. I love the Turkey, Bacon Ranch sandwich and it is always fresh and made to perfection. He actually remembers my husband’s name as that is the name we give him for our order even though we don’t go all that often. We’ve never had a problem with our order and as I read some of the comments, it appears that most people simply complain. Most people while we are there go through the drive-through and perhaps if they stopped to think that perhaps if they turned the music off…and even their vehicles, that their voices could be heard a bit better and perhaps they’d have the perfect order as we do. Also, if different accents are used, it might not be a bad idea to ask the employee to read back the order they gave to make sure that it is correct!"

"This location is one of the cleanest Arby's location that I've been to in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. The employees were friendly providing top-notch customer service. The crinkle-cut fries were fresh and perfectly cooked. The fries during this visit were some of the best crinkle-cut fries that I've ever had. The double roast beef sandwich was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture (the same thing happened with the fries). My wife's Gyro looked good and she said it was delicious, she also forgot to take a picture. Overall, I would highly recommend this Arby's location."

"Arby's is one of the few fast food restaurants that I like. Yesterday evening, my husband wanted to get something from this location. It was a drive thru order. Smooth conversation at the ordering station. Pleasant, patient and clear gentleman's voice. At the window, we met this young man and I believe he is Tommye, as per the receipt. Very friendly and respectful young man. There was only one window and there were other cars behind us, so we were told to move forward in line, and wait for the food, which would be delivered to us. Didn't take long. Tommye came out with our bag of food. My husband said the deluxe beef burger ($5.79) was great. And he love the potato cakes, 3 pcs ($2.99). I didn't order any food but I had to commend on Tommye. Good customer service! Oh! They give 10% military discount, so don't forget to ask for it."
